That’s why we offer telepsychiatry services across Idaho, Washington, Nevada, Arizona, Hawaii, and Alaska. Telehealth provides an accessible, secure, and flexible way for individuals to receive expert psychiatric care from the comfort of their home or office. We are currently accepting new clients and work with most insurance providers who offer reimbursement for distance therapy.

What is Telepsychiatry?

Telepsychiatry uses secure, real-time videoconferencing to deliver mental health services to patients who may not be able to attend in-person appointments. With Valiant Mental Health, you receive the same high-quality psychiatric care you’d expect from a face-to-face session—without the need for travel, long wait times, or schedule disruptions.

We utilize Zoom’s healthcare-secure platform for appointments, so you can meet with your provider via laptop, tablet, or smartphone. We also offer a secure texting system for communication between visits, ensuring consistent and reliable support. Scheduling is easy, and your prescriptions (if needed) are sent directly to the pharmacy of your choice.

You’ll attend regular virtual sessions to track your progress, adjust your care plan, and stay connected with your provider.

4. Prescriptions (If Needed)

If part of your treatment plan, prescriptions will be sent electronically to the pharmacy of your choice—simple, fast, and secure.
